Front desk staff and concierge are very nice and helpful. Housekeeping is excellent, kind and the rooms and bedding are clean :) The restaurant on location is why u removed a star. The food made me ill. There are a couple of great places around the corner.

This is one of the best places I’ve stayed in the world. The staff do everything to provide a warm welcome. The facilities are stunning and the food and ambiance amazing! It’s a quick walk to everything and nestled in a beautiful and serene place. The breakfast is absolutely delicious and the spa and fitness space remarkable! If there were more stars to give, I would! Everything about the Aries was fantastic. From the time we checked in, and checked out. Very personal and professional check in not like any other. FIVE STARS

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I could not recommend this place enough. The location is fantastic, just a few minutes walking distance to Krupówki (street with various stores and restaurants). The hotel overall was very clean, very new. We only stayed for one night and regret not staying longer. Staff was wonderful, food at Halva restaurant was fantastic, breakfast buffet had everything you could possibly want. We cannot wait to come back next time.
