The first floor consists of a fully equipped living room and kitchen with all modern comforts, two ensuite bedrooms and a WC. Large, floor to ceiling sliding windows lead to the outdoor area of the villa which features a pool with sun loungers, a fully equipped American style BBQ with an outdoor dining area and a specially designed seating place to enjoy the unobstructed view and the serenity of the green surroundings away from the hustle and bustle of mass tourism and prying eyes, embraced with the authenticity and aromas of the Greek land. The Villa is equipped with a Smart Home structured wiring system enabling guests to control the air conditioning and the choice of music of each room separately. Private entrance and parking spaces are also provided.
