This Luxurious Villa incorporates two conjoined homes (each have a separate entrance and have a shared outdoor pool area), unique style and sumptuous furnishings to create a coastal chic retreat, is the perfect escape for unique family gatherings!

*Important Note : Gaia SeaFront Villa, is part of the Palatia Caeli Estate, where two other Luxurious Villas are located, each one with separate facilities, and with seclusion in mind. Enjoy your cooked suppers at the outdoor dining area with portable BBQ facilities (gas) , offering a stylish al fresco space for enjoying an evening tipple as the sun sets over the sea! Feel the ultimate luxury, comfort and relaxation, while admiring the impeccable sew views from the terrace.

There is secure parking space at the Villa’s premises for two cars (parking is shared area for all villas). Additional cars, can be also accommodated outside of the villa • The property is well-equipped with Fridge with freezer, Electric stove with oven, Filter coffee machine, Microwave, Food Processor (Multi), Kettle, Sandwich Maker, Toaster, Juice Maker, Dishwasher, Washing & Drying Machine, Iron & Board, Hair dryer, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Smoke Detector, 2 x Fully equipped kitchens & 2 Living Rooms !
