The bed in the children's room is a single bed, where the second sleeping possibility can be pulled out quickly if required. The third sleeping possibility for a child would then be a folding mattress or a cot in the parents' bedroom. A balcony and a garden directly in front of the flat door also belong to the flat. In the garden you can barbecue, play with the children or simply relax, as there is no road to pass.
