The second level contains one double bedroom and a kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. The kitchen also has a dining nook and an exit leading to the terrace. This level also includes a bathroom, a separate WC, and a double hand-basin. The lower ground floor consists of an entrance hall and a bath/WC. The top floor houses one double bedroom with a double bed and a shower/WC, as well as an additional room with sloping ceilings that has a double sofa bed and a double bed.
