In the living area you have a seating area and a reading lamp for leisurely picnics. The modern kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle.
The Villa Meeresrauschen is an exclusive bathing villa in the seaside resort of Zempin, which has been renovated in the years 2007 to 2008. It is situated in a quiet location directly behind the coastal protection forest. There are different studios and apartments in the villa. The size of the apartments varies between 22 and 65 square meters. The apartments are mostly equipped with a balcony or terrace. There is a free car park for each apartment. In addition, you have the possibility to use the covered bicycle rack. You reach the new Zempiner beach promenade in about five minutes walk directly to the sea.
