The keybox to get the key would not open. With the help of a person who works for a different rental helped us contact the 24/7 helpline, the person on the other end said he may not be able to find someone local to help us since it was a Sunday. After an hour and a half of calling and emailing someone came with keys to the keybox and opened it. She was very helpful and saw that it would not open up with the code they provided. The place also had scaffolding set up, didn’t bother us that much until they started taking it down at 7:15am. No Wifi, we were given a small discount, but not worth it. On the positive side, great views of the Matterhorn and it was in a convenient area to the train station, grocery stores and bus stop. It was quiet except for the morning they took down the scaffolding.

Ich konnte das W-Lan mit dem angegebenen Passwort nicht aufschalten. Bitte bessere Erklärung mit Benutzername und Passwort. Für hörempfindliche Personen, die nachts das Fenster etwas geöffnet haben, stört das Flussgeräusch.

Schöne, saubere und zweckmässige Wohnung gut gelegen

Wir haben eine Woche in dieser Wochnung verbringen dürfen und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Küche und das Bad wurden erst vor kurzem neu gemacht und alles war tip-top. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr grosszügig, die Inneneinrichtung nicht modern, aber zweckmässig. Wir können diese Wohnung für Familien sehr empfehlen, weil sie grosszügig ist, und strategisch gut gelegen (5 Meter neben Bushaltestelle).

Wohnung mit optimalem Standort

Grosse Wohnung, mit etwas spartanisch und ungemütlich eingerichtetem Salon. Küche und Bad neu renoviert. Leider fehlen in der Küche mittelgrosse Kochgeschirre und kleinere Bratpfannen. Auch ein Fondue Caquelon und/oder Raclette Set sollte vorhanden sein. Grosses Schlafzimmer mit guten Betten und viel Platz in Wandschränken.

Bad und Küche top

Das Haus liegt zwar direkt an der Straße, was aber in Zermatt kein großes Problem darstellt. Die Elektro Taxis und Busse sind relativ leise und andere Fahrzeuge kann man an einer Hand abzählen. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber nicht abgewohnt. Alles gepflegt, sauber und keine durchgelegenen Matratzen. Küche und Bad sind bereits modern saniert und in Top Zustand. Der kürzeste Weg zur Bergbahn ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreicht.

Comme l’année passée, nous avons passé la semaine dans cet appartement en famille et avec grand plaisir. Tout était parfait et en plus, très calme. Je recommande vivement !
