Die Lage und das Gesamtarrangement waren super. Das Zimmer war sehr gross und verfügte über eine kleine Küchen und einen Balkon. Lediglich die Qualität der Matratzen und Kopfkissen war nicht gut.

Renovationsbedürftig

Das Haus liegt ca. 10 Fussminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Wenn man vor dem Haus steht, muss man die Rezeption anrufen. Der Herr am Telefon sparch nur Englisch. Was ich in der Schweiz etwas komisch finde. Er hat uns dann erklärt, wie wir ins Haus kommen. Als wir das Zimmer betratten, kam uns ein unangenehmer Geruch entgegen. Es roch nach den Vorgängern und ihrem Essen (Curry). Auch mit lüften wurden wir den Geruch nicht los. Die Küche war nicht sauber geputzt, man sah noch Spritzer vom gekochten an den Wänden. Das Zimmer und die Einrichtung ist alt. Der Teppich und die Vorhänge sind unsere Meinung nach schmuddelig. Das Badezimmer hatte beim Fenster und in den Fugen Schimmel. Im Bad roch es nach Urin. Das Bett war hart und das Kissen flach, wodurch wir nicht erholsam geschlafen haben. Für 1 Nacht war es knapp akzeptabel.

Lage ist sehr zentral. Bahnhof und Sunneggabahn nur 5 Min. zu Fuss.

Sehr enttäuscht

Location: Die Lage war befriedigend aber nicht gekennzeichnet, wir hatten Mühe das Haus zu finden.
wir waren für eine Nacht dort. Das Personal sahen wir nie. Die Infos waren in Englisch obwohl und wir kommen aus Zürich und verstehen schlecht Englisch. Die Matratzen und Kissen waren sehr unangenehm. Das Bad hat Schimmel am Dach und es tropft ständig von der Dusche Wasser. Es hatte viel staub an den Lampen und die Wohnung ist renovationsbedürftig. Es war auch zu warm und deswegen unangenehm in der Wohnung. Für den Preis der wir bezahlt haben ist die Leistung sehr unbefriedigend dies auch in Zermatt.
