Really great stay for 3 nights. Downfall - a gentleman working the restaurant was generally rude, but worse; he had a cold and would wipe his nose with his hands then go to clean tables and handle cutlery. We witnessed this 2 mornings in a row and was disgusted my this employee.

Hotel was an easy walk from train station. Hotel staff was wonderful and room was ready upon our arrival. View from our balcony was amazing and sweet sound of bells from grazing sheep nearby was heartwarming. Restaurant staff - Nicole and the gentlemen- were awesome! Thank you. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. We truly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Butterfly. Danke/Merci/Thank you!!

The hotel had a perfect location. Within walking distance of the train station and next to the Main Street in the city. The complimentary breakfast and afternoon tea was such a pleasant bonus. Everything was top notch.

I had a great stay during my spur-of-the-moment decision to visit Zermatt. The room was spacious, tidy, and clean and the bedding was VERY comfortable. Fantastic after a day of exploring. It would have been nice to have some tea/coffee/bottle opener facilities in the room though. It's conveniently located near the train station so that you don't have to rely on transport to get to/from the hotel but from what I could tell, you could organise transport with them if you need it. Thankfully, I was able to walk everywhere that I needed to. I can definitely recommend this hotel.

Our stay was awesome! The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the train station, bus stop, and shopping center, making it incredibly convenient. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special—they even offered complimentary tee time in the afternoon. On our last day, as we traveled to Milan on an early train, they thoughtfully packed us a lunch to take with us. Truly outstanding service and hospitality!

Hotel was welcoming and very clean . Staff was exceptional and friendly . The breakfast was amazing. B proximity to train station was a huge bonus . Only downside was in the approach to the property that on the left hand side was either a very rundown hotel or an extended stay for meth addicts . There was old wood piled up and furniture piled in a garage like area. It was trashy and not something you want to walk by on your approach to a hotel you are staying at

Well located and easy access to everything- dining, shopping and excursions. Front desk staff extremely busy and not overly friendly but polite. Room was comfortable and good amenities. We did get the room at the loft - since we were travelling light and only there for two nights this was ok but if we did have a case it may have been an issue as the stairs are narrow. Breakfast adequate and the afternoon complimentary tea/coffee/cake was a nice little perk.

Near to the train station and close to the main street. Room was spacious and there's a balcony too! Hotel provides free tea snacks everyday and there's water refill counter at the lobby. It's nice to return after a long day and watch Netflix on the TV.
