This was a true Alpine experience! The hotel was like something out of Swiss Family Robinson. It was pristine in every way. The room had everything we would ever need and the owners/staff couldn’t have been nicer. The breakfast was excellent! I wish I could give it a higher score than a 5!

Wonderful stay! I will definitely stay here again if able to make it back to Switzerland! Very comfortable bed/ room, good view of the Matterhorn, good breakfast, and we liked the location. It is a 10-15 minute walk from the trains but we didn’t mind the walk!

Well-located, walkable, and near the Zermatt train station. They provide free pick-up and drop-off services, which is wonderful. The room is well-maintained and spotless. Their breakfast options are excellent. Their staff is incredibly helpful and courteous. I got there somewhat early. They gladly finished the check-in procedure. They are always willing to help with navigation, village maps, etc. Around Zermatt, there are several trails to follow.

An unbeatable view with Matterhorn day and night. Very spacious and comfort room. Nice staff. Location is a bit far from train station but it is acceptable as just walk along the Main Street of Zermatt for shopping.

What a pleasant surprise for us! This Hotel was perfect, offered half board which included breakfast & dinner, food was exceptional! The staff so friendly we felt like part of their family. Easy bus location to get to all the major ski areas and downtown Zermatt was an easy walk. Our room was perfect for 3 people we would book this again!
