Dear Jane, We thank you very much for taking the time and leaving us your kind and honest review. It was a pleasure to have you as our guest. For the technical issue of the light switches, which is a one-time case, we truly apologise. We do indeed not have any air conditioning at the hotel. In Zermatt, being a ski resort with an elevation of 1600m, we usually experience mild summers. We would have been pleased to borrow you an fan right away upon request. You can enjoy a drink at the bar/lounge. Free breakfast is available daily. A computer station is on site and WiFi is free in public spaces. A business centre and a meeting room are available.
