This hotel is super convenient to the train station(s), but it is either sound proof or the trains are quiet because we didn’t hear anything. The spa is great for relaxing. Staff were friendly and outgoing. Breakfast was great. We really enjoyed everything!

Fantastic and friendly hotel - highly recommend

First time in Zermatt and this was a great hotel. Quiet but central. Great staff. Amazing breakfast in the morning to power you on the slopes. Pool was lovely and so was spa. We also got upgraded with amazing view of Matterhorn to top a great long weekend away. We will be back next year and we will definitely be staying here again!

One of the most incredible experiences I have had at a hotel to date. The condition of the property, the hospitality, the included spa and breakfast were all on point.
