Your high-quality holiday home is located in Zierow near Wismar and offers enough space for up to 6 people. The bathroom has a shower and sauna, and a washing machine is available for your convenience during your holiday. The exclusively and tastefully furnished living room with open-plan kitchen is a cosy meeting place for the whole family. There are two additional beds on the sofa bed. The two bedrooms and the spacious shower room are located on the upper floor.



From the living room you can access the spacious terrace with a permanently installed stone barbecue and high-quality garden furniture with loungers. A handcart and equipment for the beach are at your disposal.



Zierow, the main town in the Poeler Drift district, has a lot to offer: a tourist information centre with bistro and bread roll sales, numerous smaller establishments on the beach, a milk filling station and a riding stable. Close to the fine sandy beach, the public part of a five-star campsite offers a petting zoo, a children's playground and an outdoor fitness centre. An indoor playground can be used when it rains. Wismar's district of Wendorf with its large shopping centre is just a few minutes away. A few minutes further on you are already at the harbour of the World Heritage town with all its tourist attractions.



You can reach Rostock, Lübeck or Schwerin in 40 minutes by motorway.

Verschenktes Potenzial - hier wäre mehr möglich!

Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz, beinhaltet eine geschmackvolle Einrichtung und eine hochwertige Küche. Die Zimmer sind schlicht, aber passend eingerichtet. Es gibt eine Sauna (nicht genutzt), einen großen Außenbereich, sowie einen Stellplatz. Waschmaschine funktioniert einwandfrei.Bis dahin gut!Die „Mängel“ stecken im Detail:Es gibt keinen Gasgrill (Beschreibung), der zugehörige Schuppen sieht aus wie ein Sperrmüllcontainer auf einem Wertstoffhof und die Teppiche im UG enthalten vermutlich alle Flüssigkeiten unseres Planeten (s.u.).Den Außenbereich als lieblos zu bezeichnen, wäre geschmeichelt. Das können alle Häuser der Anlage viel besser. Gibt es hier kein Interesse am Objekt? Überall kleine Dinge (kaputte Dusche unten, kaputte Lampe im Gästebad, unvollständige Lampe im Wohnzimmer, etc.) - als wäre das (wirklich schöne) Haus dort hingebaut worden und soll nun nur noch Geld abwerfen.Die Reinigungsfirma hat ordentliche Arbeit geleistet - Bäder und Küche sauber. Die Teppiche waren hingegen ekelhaft, das Kopfkissen im Doppelbett widerlich. Kann man die nicht reinigen oder erneuern?Auf der Rückseite sind Schwalbennester - die Vögelchen koten den gesamten Terrassenbereich voll. Alle anderen Häuser haben Schwalbenschutz.Keine Fliegengitter, keine Rollos im OG (bis 21.30Uhr taghell), usw.Fazit:Kann man soliden Urlaub machen? Wahrscheinlich!Würde ich es weiterempfehlen/wiederkommen? Eher nicht.Fehlt hier die Kommunikation zwischen Inhaber und Verwaltung? Möglich
