The semi-detached house is newly and modernly furnished. The terrace comes with garden furniture, the walkways are wooden, and the property is fully fenced. You also have access to a lockable garden shed, a barbecue, and a private parking space.



The Zierow beach is about a 15-minute walk away. Here, you can enjoy your free time with games, fun, or sports. A playground, mini-golf, café, snack bar, and restaurant are located right at the Zierow bathing beach.

This old yet lively city on the Baltic Sea offers plenty of variety: the charm of the old harbor and the historic old town with its wealth of cultural monuments, museums, theaters, and Gothic churches.
