Built in Swedish style, the house offers you a relaxing and comfortable retreat for a restful holiday with your family or friends amid beautiful scenery. The semi-detached house is newly and modernly furnished. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, the walkways are wooden, and the property is fully fenced. You also have access to a lockable garden shed, a barbecue, and your own parking space.



The Zierow beach is about a 15-minute walk away, where you can enjoy games, fun, or sports. Children’s playground, mini-golf, café, snack bar, and restaurant are located right at the Zierow bathing beach.



A visit to the Hanseatic city of Wismar is worthwhile at any time of year. This old yet lively city on the Baltic Sea offers plenty of variety: the charm of the old harbor and the beautiful historic old town with its rich cultural monuments, museums, theaters, and Gothic churches.
