1.700sqm garden is also at your disposal. The villa is next to the place Zminj , in the inhabited village of few houses and is propitious for families with children or for couples.

The villa consists of a living room and five bedrooms, with six bathrooms, billiard, the kitchen and the space for dining. Conditioning and central heating facilities are provided. The terrace have 40m2 tables and chairs for 12 people with grill and Tv.

Amazing house, just as discribed

Very good communication with the owner, house is amazing, outside area aswell. Plenty of space for ten people! Everything you need is there. The drive to the sea is about 30 minutes, but there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby.Two small details: the WiFi could be better upstairs, and the swimming pool is not heated. But overall still an absolute 10/10
