This contemporary villa of 180 m2 offers a spacious, modern and fully air-conditioned interior, designed to guarantee comfort and tranquility to its occupants. The main living room consists of a bright lounge / living room area, with a TV, ideal for meeting with family or friends, perfect for group stays of up to 8 people. The open kitchen integrates harmoniously into the living space. Fully equipped, it allows complete autonomy during your stay. There is a dishwasher, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, as well as a toaster and a kettle. The organization of the kitchen has been designed to combine practicality and conviviality, whether for quick meals or more elaborate moments. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and drying rack with an iron and ironing board available.

The villa has 4 comfortable bedrooms, each offering real privacy thanks to its private shower room and toilet. The beds are distributed as follows :

At the heart of the garden is a private unheated swimming pool 10*4, secured by alarm, perfect to cool off in peace. It is accompanied by a solarium area equipped with 4 sun loungers and 2 parasols, allowing you to enjoy the sun throughout the day in a comfortable setting. A large terrace extends the living spaces, offering a real place of conviviality outdoors. It is equipped with a plancha, ideal for summer meals with family or friends, in a typical Mediterranean atmosphere. The carefully landscaped garden offers a green setting and allows everyone to find their corner of tranquility, whether by the pool, in the shade of an umbrella or around a meal on the terrace. Note that the villa is located near the axis serving Pinarello and Saint-Cyprien; a slight noise nuisance may therefore be occasionally noticeable. We would like to clarify this for the sake of transparency.

A private parking is also available, which can accommodate 2 to 3 vehicles, thus facilitating access and the comfort of stay.

The exterior of the villa has been designed to offer a complete holiday experience, combining comfort and outdoor lifestyle, in a preserved natural setting in the heart of Southern Corsica.
