In this holiday home, you’ll create lasting memories, relax, unwind, and enjoy the simple pleasures of life. Welcome to our recently renovated house in Zoutelande. Fully updated in June 2020, it offers a cozy, hygienic, practical, and comfortable space with a touch of luxury. Extra attention has been given to child-friendliness and safety, and one pet is welcome.

The house is fully equipped with modern amenities, including Wi-Fi, digital TV, Emma mattresses, a combi oven, filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, rain shower, separate toilet, fully enclosed private garden, bike shed with charging station, outdoor tap, and more.

The home features a comfortable living room and an open kitchen with all the essentials, such as a combination microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, and toaster. There is a lovely dining area as well. The spacious bedroom has two beds and a washbasin, while the second bedroom has a single bed and a semi-high bed. Additionally, there’s a separate toilet and a walk-in shower with a washbasin.

The entire house is equipped with central heating, PVC flooring, and a (towel) radiator in every room, offering plenty of storage space. The property is situated on a 147m² plot, fully enclosed with greenery and mesh, and features a newly renovated terrace with various outdoor furniture.



The beach is literally within walking distance, you can hear the sound of the sea! Add to that the most hours of sunshine per year and a holiday at the beach in Zoutelande is a party! The center of Zoutelande can be reached within a few minutes by bike and offers a diverse range of restaurants, shops, souvenir shops, a bicycle rental, and a fresh bakery. The fashionable Domburg is half an hour by bike, just like Middelburg with its many monuments.

Arrivals are possible daily, except on Sundays. During holidays, only weekly rentals are available.The full payment must be made in advance.Check-in is available from 4 p.m. On departure day, guests must vacate the property by 9:30 a.m. and return the key to the pick-up location.If baby cots are provided, they do not include bed linens. Please bring your own.Bed linens and towels are generally provided. Please check your booking to confirm if this applies.Overnight visitors must be registered in advance, and approval is required before they can stay. This may incur additional charges for bed linens and tourist tax.Only one dog is allowed per accommodation, with no exceptions. Please inquire about this option before booking. As the owner, you are responsible for your pet and must ensure it does not disturb other guests or neighbors.Youth groups are not permitted.Business bookings can be arranged upon request.
