Upon entering this holiday home through the hallway, you'll find yourself in a cozy and bright living room. Thoughtful, personalized decor creates an inviting atmosphere that will make you feel at home right away. Relax with a flat-screen TV (KPN with German channels), enjoy free Wi-Fi, or gather around the dining table for a cozy meal or conversation. From the living room, step into the fully equipped kitchen, where you’ll find everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, including a hob, fridge with freezer, combination microwave, toaster, kettle, and Dolce Gusto coffee maker.

This holiday home offers two spacious bedrooms with sinks—one on the ground floor and one upstairs. The first bedroom features two single beds side-by-side (total 160x200 cm), while the second bedroom is furnished with a box spring (180x200 cm) and a baby cot (60x120 cm). In the bathroom, you’ll find all the essentials for a fresh start to your day or a relaxing post-beach rinse, including a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and even a washing machine—perfect for light packing and less luggage.

When spending a relaxing day at home, enjoy the sun in the south-facing garden (50m²), which features a tiled patio terrace surrounded by lush greenery for added privacy. Gather around the garden set or the picnic table for a meal outdoors.

This home is family-friendly, with a foldable travel cot (60x120 cm) and a high chair available for little ones. Please note, that pets are not permitted.

Two parking spaces are available, and you can securely store your (electric) bicycles in the covered storage area, complete with a charging station.
 







This holiday home is ideally situated in the heart of Zoutelande, just a short walk from restaurants, a supermarket, and the beach. Often called the "Zeelandic Riviera," Zoutelande offers vibrant terraces, inviting beach pavilions, expansive dunes, and pristine beaches—the ideal mix for a sun-filled getaway. Beyond the summer season, this cozy base in Zoutelande is perfect for exploring nearby sights, charming towns, and picturesque villages. For those seeking an active holiday, enjoy long walks or scenic bike rides along the Zeelandic dunes, immersing yourself in the natural beauty of the region.

Arrivals are possible daily, except on Sundays. During holidays, only weekly rentals are available.Payment is required in advance.Check-in begins at 4 p.m. On your departure day, please vacate the house by 9:30 a.m. and return the key to the collection location.Baby cots, if available, do not come with bed linen; please bring your own.Bed linen and towels are generally provided; your booking details will confirm this.All overnight visitors must be registered, and they may stay only with prior approval, with additional charges for bed linen and tourist tax.Pets may be allowed, depending on the property.
