The apartment was clean and as described. If you have a senior traveling with you, there is a Lift but stairs to get to the lift. The bathroom floor gets wet easily due to a bad seal for the door presenting a hazard. It would have been nice to have more than 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per person. We were told there would be a bar of soap, we only had dish soap. I mention this because I specifically asked about hand soap being available in a communication. The internet and TV was an ongoing problem over the time we stayed. It took us 2 days to get the internet working and the TV never did work. To access the Wifi, there was a QR code on the door that accessed a locked document that was locked. We followed all directions to get the TV working, which did not work for us. Ultimately, we just let it go. The rental company requested we contact them to make things right before we left a bad review, to have perspective and be fair. I messaged them and I was honest about not being happy about the wifi and TV. The response I received from the company was that it was basically my fault for not following their directions. I am fair when I say that when I contacted them I did not expect anything free. Rather I was told it didn’t work because I hadn’t plugged in the TV. Don’t ask for criticism if you can’t handle the truth and get defensive and become arrogant. If it weren’t for the last response I got from the rental agency, I would recommend this place.
