The property was easy to check into, all online no reception. You can contact staff by Whatsapp, they are responsive and helpful. Location was easy, close to a bus or multiple tram lines, 30 minute walk into the centre. Kitchens had appliances you need to make food.

So it was a good experience overall. Easy enough self check-in process. No staff I noticed. Room had all needed amenities. And bathrooms and showers were clean and good. I would stay here again. Location is close to the bus station that can take you closer to Zurich's center. The issue I had was at check-out, I entered the code and it didn't let me leave my key, It asked me to call a number, which I couldn't do, cause my esim was data only, but I figured how to reach out to whatsapp assistance and after some back and forth I was allowed to leave the key in the room, ver nice assistance through whatsapp from Darleane. However an incoinviniece because I had a plane to catch. Other than that, good place to stay.

It’s good enough for the price but the kitchen and bathrooms/toilets were quite dirty definitely needs cleaning more often

We had alot of difficulties checking in and were stuck outside but with the help of Rose we were able to help us throughout the entire process
