The service is excellent. People at the front desk and the restaurant are very pleasant, helpful and always wear an accommodating smile. The hotel itself is old but very clean. The family room we got is surprisingly big. We did not have any trouble finding a space to open our baggages. The beds and blankets are comfortable. The only downside was the lack of airconditioning unit. While they have it installed, it’s not working while we were there. The room got hot despite having the fans on.

Easy walk from Zurich HB but we mostly took the Tram 14 which connects us from the hotel to almost all the main attractions on our list! Highly recommend.

The Hotel iscwell located and its service is great. Roman fro. The front desk was also very nice and helpful. The breakfast was OK, but it can be improved. The romm was very clean and spacious, but a little refrigerator would be a great idea. Thank you.

Pretty bad state of bathrooms on level 2, with shower not draining at all. Reception was under-staffed in the morning, noting one person with limited experience and poor customer skills, was running around to resolve matters. He was borderline aggressive and used his native German language as an excuse for his abrupt English communication. On a positive note, person at the reception in the evening was very pleasant and helpful in many ways, location is good as walking distance from main station and restaurants. Overall, the property is dated, people with allergies are likely to struggle sleeping at night.

Very convenient location close to the main train station and a tram station, in a quiet neighbouhood with a few restaurants nearby. It's also a short walk to the area where bus tours depart from, and not too far to walk to the Old Town. Rooms and beds are comfortable and have a nice, cozy, Swiss feeling to them. Continental breakfast buffet is excellent and staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying here!
