Hidden Transportation Charges

Chose this hotel to sleep during an overnight stop at Zurich Airport. Primary reason I chose this hotel is because they provide transportation from and to the airport. However, after arriving at the hotel, I was told that only the way to the hotel is free of (additional) charge, but the transportation back to the airport is for an additional cost - a hefty 10 Franc charge per person. I have prepared just enough Swiss Franc to pay for the hotel stay, as I didn't plan to do anything in Switzerland besides sleeping. I had to find another guest who would pay my way back to the airport. What an embarrassment.

Didn’t like shuttle transportation process. Hotel shuttle area indicated, but shuttle arrival times not posted, had to use a taxi cab. Also, no way to contact the hotel using US phone number.
