This hotel has consistently been our top choice when visiting Switzerland. During our most recent stay, I mistakenly booked a single room instead of a double, but the staff was incredibly understanding and quickly accommodated the change for two guests. The location is excellent—very walkable and conveniently close to everything you need in Zurich. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the Wi-Fi connection was reliable throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zurich.

It was ok. The room layout is a bit odd. The water pressure was very low. Curtains don't look very clean. Room gets stuffy unless you open windows, but unfortunately we didn't get a few bugs that flew in inside.

This property is located in a wonderful area of Zürich and you can access the entire city within minutes. Easy walking neighborhood hotel itself was lovely. However, the bathroom in our junior suite had only a glass door with only partial privacy glass so it did not give any real privacy at all. Just weird as you felt you should stay by the bed to give whoever was using the bathroom some privacy.

Nice hotel with a lot of character, in a great location. There are a couple of unavoidable small stairs (to get to the elevator), so could be challenging if traveling with a lot of luggage.

Was a lovely stay, excellent location. Friendly staff, rooms could be in better condition. It had an open shower which made the area around the wash basin and toilet wet to stand on. Breakfast was amazing and clean. No other issues. Would recommend this hotel for its location.

The bathroom had a smell that wouldn't go away. We advised the front desk....but that didn't help. It still smelled our entire 4 night stay Our only other complain was not having a business room nor computer to check our e-mails nor departure flight information for going back home. Other wise, GREAT staff. Loved the location.
