The staff was all very friendly and helpful. However, I did not feel we got value for the cost of this hotel. Typically, the higher the cost of the hotel the better the room and amenities should be. The room was very small, the phone was making odd noises all night, there were no cups for us to make coffee in our rooms, the room key was very tempermental and it would take 3-4 tries to open the room or get the elevator working. Not to mention the cost of breakfast was laughable. We will be trying another hotel for our next stay.

Overnight stay

We had a layover flight at Zurich airport and we needed a place to spend the night. The Hyatt regency was perfect, it’s right outside the airport terminal, it was comfortable and very quiet. We awoke refreshed and ready for our onward flight
