Very nice hotel and staff. Everything was perfect. Good luggage storage room for our bicycles. Five minutes walk from the main rail station. Like everything in Switzerland it is very expensive even relative to neighbouring countries.

Great location, accessible to walking and transportation close by. Rooms are what one would expect for a hotel chain. Consistent. Access to coffee and water daily appreciated. Did not use the dining facilities. Would stay here again.

Loved that it was near Zurich HB, rooms are clean and modern. However, the shower door leaks so the floor was covered with water after a shower and there was a consistent beeping noise in the room.

The hotel was in a good location, but they charged for “service” and the room was terrible. Only one pillow, air conditioning was locked down, so the room was always hot, and the staff did not have it together. Avoid this hotel unless you want the location.

We enjoyed our stay at Ibis Zurich, the hotel is a 15 minute walk to Zurich HB and there are restaurants nearby. Etienne and Yumi were friendly and very accommodating! The breakfast buffet was excellent! The housekeeping clean our room everyday, but the only thing that wasn’t good is; in our entire stay our bathroom smell like urine even when they clean our room. My husband finally asked about the smell, and the front desk said, it is not normal and they probably need to spray inside the drain. But, overall, we had a good time at Ibis Zurich. The area around is safe and quiet.
