The complimentary trip from the airport was great. We took UBER back because $10/person for 3 people was half of what the hotel charges. For the price, $5/person would be more equitable. Otherwise, there needs to be more towel bars and a bath mat.

The only thing I would say negative is that there is no fridge in the room we stayed just under a week and when we grabbed some drinks and snack food to last we had no where to keep it cold

Not surprised by the pathetic state of affairs at this Radisson. Front desk unresponsive when called to help. No soap right after check in. Restaurant is super pricey. Charged $9 for water.

The property is not near the airport. There is a Radisson Blue at the airport. Our recommendation would be to stay there. If you stay here, take an Uber to the property 10 mins from the airport. The Taxi we took charged us double the fair. Also, getting out of the terminal and into town is tricky. The train isn't easy to follow. Allow additional time to find your destination. We were 20 mins. late for our reserved TukTuk and the driver took off and wouldn't come back even though we paid for 1.5 hrs. Our experience in Zurich was that it was expensive and difficult to navigate.
