Everything was great. The staff was especially helpful before, during and after the trip. Alicia Weinhart is exceptionally friendly and accommodating and has assisted us in returning a package that was delivered very late in the stay. This is much appreciated. Leandro and Joran were nice too.

Highly recommend a stay here. My husband arrived with a broken leg, Jerome could not have been more helpful, organising an earlier accessible room than we had booked, helped with our luggage and was so attentive. Alicia was most helpful with replying to our enquiries later. The hotel was close to everything with tram outside the door. A lovely breakfast and cocktail drinks in a well appointed restaurant/bar area. Our trip was cut short but we will be back.

Very nice area, a few yards from the tram, easy access and well kept. Very recommendable. The staff friendly and helpful. They always greet you with a smile. The pretty girl with the bandana who tends at the restaurant during the breakfast buffet is an asset to the establishment: always friendly, smiling and saying hello. Made my stay even better. Very nicely furnished, modern hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was excellent. You can easily walk to the lake and old town but the tram also stops practically in front of the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay here and the breakfast was good. Some more professional behavior by staff at breakfast time without private conversations would be appreciated. They seemed uninterested in guests or their needs even asking if they should bother to refill empty food areas when there was still an hour left. We loved the choice of pillows but the rooms that were promised did not happen. More attention to detail and guests please.

I was upgraded to a queen room with sitting area that was extremely spacious and comfortable. Great bed with eiderdown comforter. Bathroom was clean but there is a big step into and out of the tub/shower. Breakfast was included and there was a nice self-service buffet with good variety. Only thing missing is a gym. Location is also terrific; just a few minutes walk from old Zurich, the Kunstmuseum and Opera House. 15-20 minute walk to Bahnhoffstrasse.

What an absolutely wonderful stay in beautiful Zurich! This hotel was perfect for our family with spacious, clean rooms in a great location. We stayed with our toddler and they provided a travel crib free of charge. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Great breakfast

Great breakfast and service from staff in general. A special thanks to the gentleman who attended to us when the actual receptionist was no where to be found for over 15 minutes. The room was fresh and the location very good. An extra treat upon our departure was also nice!
