The check in procedure was unexpected, it took me an hour to get into my room; the hotel should inform me separately. The lift of the building is too small, it took us more than 10 minutes to go down to the libby after check out. The water flow of the shower is too slow.

Response from host was very slow. I had to turn to Expedia for help. Elevator was not accessible till the 3rd floor. The studio has a step up floor for the bedroom area. It poses a risk for falling . Other than these, the apt condition is very good .

The room was very clean and we very very pleased with the space. The only niggle was that there was only one chair and to eat one of us had to sit on the bed. There was plenty of room for another chair. However, having said that we would certainly stay at Vision Apartments again and will look for them when booking a room in other cities.

Property location was excellent. Within walking distance to Main Street Bahnhofstrasse and Zurich Main Train Station. In addition, on the first floor of the building there is a restaurant La Lup which is very convenient and great ambience to have a cup of hot chocolate, orange juice, espresso and breakfast too.

The apartment was great. Plenty of room. The cafe downstairs is good and the staff there were helpful. Access was easy and the ability to use the laundry came in really handy for us after a month of travel. Would definitely stay here again

Do not rent this hotel. The communication is horrible. I had to follow up with them the day of our check in as they still didn’t send me a check in code. There is nobody to talk to at the hotel itself. The room was not as it was advertised. There was no separate living space, you only get one terrible pillow each, one towel each and no soaps! No hand soap, dishwasher or dish soap. There is no air conditioning and we were on the top floor. Our room was right above the street car tracks and there is a bar right across the road so the noise even when the windows were closed is very loud. The hotel itself is run down old carpets in the hallways. The room itself was clean and had no carpet but the bed is very dated. The location is convenient and easy walking and the free laundry facility was nice. The restaurant was closed the entire time so don’t expect to get breakfast as advertised if there was ever an emergency (example fire) there would be no warning as there is nobody around The frustration of trying to communicate with them is not worth renting here. There are lots of other hotels near here at the same price points that would be better

best for young travelers who don’t mind being on a slightly noisy street (the rooms also have VERY thin walls, so you hear your neighbors, but that didn’t bother me). incredibly clean and modern. the only thing was the shade in the bathroom didn’t close, so the toilette was viewable from the street, i just hung up a towel to cover it and it worked just fine. overall great stay. felt very safe as a solo female traveler.
