Whether you are looking to fish or just relax, you have found the ultimate retreat on Toledo Bend RES. This is a 3 B/R, 2Ba in the mid-lake area with stunning sunset views, spacious deck, plenty of parking space & a Conv. location just around the corner from a public boat launch. Step inside & you'll instantly appreciate the comfy living area, perfect for unwinding after a long day on the lake. Fully equipped kitchen, and the dining area is perfect for gathering with friends & family.
Daytime guest visiting within reason are acceptable, but if any above 6 persons are found to have sated, there will be $100 per night per person added on.
Sunset & Sac, A Lait will be clean and in working condition. No
compensations will be given for non-working items outside the owner’s control, including but not limited to power outages, TV outages, internet outages etc. For items inside the owner’s control, the owners will make every attempt to rectify problems that may occur while you are in the home. It is the renter’s responsibility to notify the owner immediately if there are any problems. No refunds or any other compensation will be given for the problems that the owner is able to rectify within a reasonable time frame.
Sunset & Sac, A Lait is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.

This property was absolutely perfect! Don’t let the driveway and surrounding neighborhood fool you! It opens up to a nice location. The front entrance may not sparkle your eyes but the home and backyard will! The location on water was great! The home was beautiful, spacious, and clean! Property management communication was very easy and available. We loved the covered back porch, fire pit, and awesome fishing dock! Back lawn was great size and very clean. Will be back again!

It was great!

The view was great! The back porch has everything to make you want to stay another week. Amazing sunset view, mornings just as spectacular. Our families really enjoyed the house. Spacious family and dining area. Only thing that would make it anymore family friendly is a big outdoor grill!!! We had a wonderful time with family and enjoyed every single moment I would definitely rate it 5 stars

Big Bass Splash

Very nice! Half of Toledo bend lost electricity the first day we were there due to storm but we didn’t. Host was easy to communicate with when needing something! Will be back!!
