"When we arrived, we received an unexpected upgrade to a lovely room!! Check in staff were friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs. I didn't rate the breakfast due to not someone who eats breakfast. I fly to Germany often and always stay at this hotel."

"Rooms clean though could use a little makeover with the carpet that looks a bit old. Overall stay was great. Close to shopping plaza and airport not so far away either."

"Clean room, nice breakfast with lots of selection. The hotel sent an email the day before with directions for getting to them via train from the airport. Very helpful and much appreciated!"

"Convenient to the train station! AC did not cool the room so we had to open the window. A bit noisy outside due to our room location. We will stay again, but in a courtyard room to avoid the street noise. Staff was excellent. Walking distance to the river and area restaurants were nice."
