The lady at the Front desk. The original room we had booked had an issue with the heater. The temperature in the room was close to 80 degrees. We went back to the front desk and were immediately upgraded to a Suite. She was very friendly and provided great customer Service.

Hotel is obviously being renovated from an old Days Inn. Lobby was very basic, but check in clerk was very hospitable and friendly. Room turned out to be just fine, nice bed, walk in shower, microwave and mini fridge. Missing a coffee service in the room, but it had obviously been renovated. Breakfast ...

I must say that you have a hard worker in Marlo. When we were coming in late she was coming back to work after already working all day because there was noone else to work. And when we left at 11am she was still at work. Give that girl a raise!!!!!
