Place was awesome. Room was new and modern. The hotel had direct access to the ski slopes. The gondola was right outside and you can ski directly to the onsite ski valet. The hotel had a very nice pool and spa complex. Also, they provided a great breakfast buffet each morning.

There is no elevator. Great location, ski in and out. Walkable to Snowmass Mall, Restaurants and Bars.

Viceroy Snowmass
The room was clean but the window was in the direction of the entrance and no drapes. So I had to have the blinds down the entire time otherwise would be completely exposed. This means no view of the outside.

The room had everything you needed. The breakfast. Waffles were amazing, very nice staff took our baggage to our room. The shuttle to the hotel was perfect.Amazing little spot, right in the heart of everything.Across the street from rentals, for skis, the lift was about a two minute walk to snow ...

Viewline Resort Snowmass, Autograph Collection
One slow elevator for half the hotel … valet service average on arrival , room service charges outrageous and price of food ridiculously expensive eg $5 for a slice of toast $8 for an orange juice before tray charge and 20% gratuity … ski room service also mediocre … would never go back
