Parking is really far away from the hotel. Hot water was not available in the shower. Front desk was closed after 9 PM so we couldn't ask for any help whatsoever until next day morning.

I'd like to that.It was up in snowmass and very beautiful. I didn't like that. The person at the front desk didn't call me or text me with a code for the lockbox. So when I arrived, there was no getting keys for my room that I had already got charged for.

Location is great. Beds, showers, the gym, etc. are all pretty dated. Very dated and old. My son asked if the hotel was from the 1900’s. However, the staff is amazing. We really love them. We missed the old breakfast and lunch where you could just grab what you want quickly and go. They started serving the food, so you get tiny portions and it adds about 15 minutes onto your meal when you’re just trying to hurry and get back to the slopes. Also, a lot of the meals are not kid friendly which stinks compared to the meals the last few years. The ladies are very kind in the lunchroom, but we miss the kid friendly lunch choices. Also, once you book a room it is non refundable.

It’s an amazing location and the breakfast and lunches provided were phenomenal. The housecleaning crew did a great job too- always a super clean and tidy room to come back to each day. You also can’t beat the shuttle service to and from the airport. Thank you to the entire staff for making our stay incredible!
