Room was clean and spacious, but it had a bad smell. There weren't any toiletries and only two towels. Everything was adequate but we wished there was a comfortable place to sit, a hairdryer would have been nice as well as pen and paper.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites American Fork - North Provo by IHG
Rooms dirty. Walls dirty. Floors dirty. Towels stunk. No amenities. Rooms smelled of cigarettes and funk. Missing baseboards. Paint chipping off walls and cabinets. Dogs barking from other tenants. People loud in hallways. Felt unsafe from tenants and strangers loitering outside in parking lot.
