"The breakfast was served 37 minutes late. We wanted to eat & be on the road at 6:30 & they didn’t event start setting up the buffet until after 6 am. . It was a major inconvenience because we wanted to avoid traffic along our route. There were more than 25 people waiting for they to set up."

"Staff were friendly. You get what you pay for with the rooms- however our air didn’t work. It stayed 75/76 degrees the whole time. Staff were made aware but it didn’t help. Our tv didn’t work. We told staff and they said they knew. We never had anyone clean our room or change out towels- we had to ..."

"The pancakes were cold and hard, and so was the turkey sausage. I picked this hotel because of previous breakfast at Embassy Suites. I will say the staff was amazing!!!! I want to personally acknowledge Kraig and Isaiah. They went above and beyond customer service:)"

"The breakfast bar was good if you like spending $28.00 per person. Lucky for us it was free because our room wasn’t ready until 7:00 the night before. Check-in is suppose to be 4:00. A bottle of water was $10.00."
