"That was meant by a pleasant guy at check-in. He mentioned the little kid running around was his one year-old, who then looked out the front door and saw some other kids on the sidewalk. I said to the kid oh, you wanna play with those kids? The Desk Guy said “ he will not be playing with those kids ..."
