Holiday Inn Knoxville West- Cedar Bluff Rd by IHG
It was ok. Not the cleanest. Showers, floors, elevators, fixtures etc. Definitely could use an update. We also couldn’t get fresh towels. We were told they didn’t have any. Ok for one night I guess.

The room was clean and the staff were courteous. But they had limited staff hours-the front desk was open 9am-6pm. Comfort Inn & Suites Knoxville West
Room was clean, staff was friendly. Room nextdoor was noisy both nights but that’s not the hotels fault. Breakfast was good also. Sad to see that ice makers were out of order on 3 floors and restroom on first floor was also out of order. Just some things that need to be fixed.

Works for an overnight stay. Room was clean, but needed refreshed. Wall were thin. They have a nice courtyard. The free breakfast wasn’t bad.
