Pool area was nice, had hot tub, pool, and steam sauna. Roomy, lots of table space. Breakfast was standard breakfast fare, but good for being complimentary. Made easier by being next door to a Hyvee.

Room was clean however it had a hole in shower surround, couple small holes in walls, shower head had a lot of hard water/calcium buildup on it (should be replaced),bathroom fan didn't work, bathroom door handle was broke
