We couldn’t check in until 330 because of the cleaning lady. There weren’t many games in the game room. The pool is cold. It was not heated. There was no dartboard in the game room and the garbage disposal was broken. The backyard was full of weeds and they were high. It looked better on the website ...

This review is with such mixed emotions. The room was fantastic. The patio with the views of the Joshua Trees was incredible. Way too expensive for what it is. Room not very clean, staff not super friendly/helpful. One example: We were in the pool and noticed that there were no towels in the rack provided. No one had swam today and it was 2PM so would be surprising if they were out for the day, so likely never restocked. ...

High Desert Motel Joshua Tree National Park
Coffee pot didn't work and there was no coffee. Manager supplied me with a pouch, but coffee pot didn't work. Needed to get extra pillows from manager; only 2 flat pillows supplied with King size bed. Pool was clean but we didn't use it. No gym.
