Quality Inn West Springfield
When I took a shower, the shower-head was broken, so water sprayed out of the side and into the rest of the bathroom. My boyfriend had to put one of the towels over the side to prevent it from flooding the bathroom. Other than that, the staff were very nice, and the room was very clean.

The beds were super comfortable and the staff was really nice. The rooms were a bit dingy, looked like the chair had never been vacuumed off ever and like they don’t move anything when they vacuum or sweep. The water pressure was really good and nice hot water.
