"Got checked in. ac was already on and set to 62° and was 80° in the room. Sticker on ac said don’t turn under 65° or you’ll be hot. So we turned it up and left to be with family got back 4 hours later with our 3 kids and room was still 80°. Went to staff and was told to turn ac off and on and see ..."
