SPA was very nice. The rooms were clean, but the hair dryer didn't work and couldn't be replaced. After visiting the spa, there were complications with drying my hair. I was given a very low-quality hair dryer that burned my hair.

The receptionists were always friendly, the rest of the staff not so much. The rooms were definitely not soundproofed and in need of an overhaul. The bathroom door knob had to be repaired, the dividers on the balcony between the rooms next to us were nonexistent. The shower didn’t have a full enclosure, ...
