4.3 out of 5

This a good way to get an overview of Madrid especially to areas that are not walkable. However, our tour guide for the Madrid Highlight portion had a thick accent. Madrid Highlights was 3 star. Our Prado portion of the tour was 5 star, though. Tour guide had passion with her expalanations.

Good tour but most is on bus and they don’t stop until either the Prado or the Palace. Isabel was a great tour guide through the Prado which was the highlight of the tour.

We experienced significant difficulties with this tour. When our bus arrived at the Prado museum our guide got off the bus first and by the time we were off the bus our guide was no where in sight. She left us with no tickets to enter the Prado where she was supposed to give us a guided tour. My mother walks with a cane so moves a little more slowly and we were the last off the bus, but the guide and the rest of our small group left us without a way to tour the Prado. We had to stand in line and purchase tickets again. I called customer service as soon as our guide abandoned us, but after waiting on the English language line and then the Spanish language line there was no response after 15 minutes. The company never contacted me. It's a shame because the morning bus tour of Madrid was excellent and we had a very good experience up to that point.
