This is one of the most recommended activities when visiting temples in Indonesia.

Afterwards, you will visit the Chicken Church, a church shaped like a chicken.

Located on the top of a hill, you can enjoy views of Borobudur Temple and the surrounding landscape, including Mount Merapi & Merbabu to the east, Mount Sumbing & Sindoro to the northwest, and the Menoreh Hills to the west.

At the end of the tour, we will take you to Mendut Temple where you can see a giant Buddha statue made of volcanic stone.

You can also visit a beautiful artistic Buddhist monastery nearby.
