Super staff. Great room in the heart of the old city. Despite its central location our room was very quiet and very comfortable. Very nice breakfast. Should we return to Rhodes in the future will definitely return to this hotel.

Had such a great stay here - the rooms are beautiful with lovely balcony area and very comfy beds. Breakfast was delicious and you can choose to have this outside your room if you wish! Staff were so lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. Ilias checked us in and was so helpful. The location is great; right in the centre of the old town.

Nestled right in the heart of the charming Old Town, the location is unbeatable—peaceful yet just steps away from the history, culture, and energy of Rhodes. What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was the warmth and professionalism of the staff. Daniel and Anastasia went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. Totally special staff who went out of there way to make us feel welcome. The rooms are a little spot of luxury with excellent features and fittings. Breakfast was real chilled and decent quality, served by courteous and friendly staff. A great base for a trip to Rhodes old town.

Faultless service from the private transfer from the airport onwards. The staff were all friendly and attentive, the room was well appointed and clean. The location was great - right in the centre of the old town just moments walk from the many sights and restaurants. The wine bar was pretty good too!

It’s a beautifully designed hotel in the old town of Rhodes within an old building- the room might be small but it has all you need and a beautiful patio to linger. The staff is amazing, very friendly, professional, they made me feel at home and showcased the best of the Greek “philoxenia” (hospitality). The food at the hotel is also excellent and it is combined with nice Greek wines.

The people here are the best of the best in service and attitude. The fact that the place was beautifully renovated and preserved is just the cherry on top. They took care of us from the moment we arrived to make sure we enjoyed like tourists but ate and experienced the island like locals. For anyone that’s looking for a worry-free getaway, I highly recommend you spend some time in 10GR with a glass of carefully selected wine in hand. Michalis, Anastasia, Alexandra, and Ilias, we’re already planning our next trip back, and look forward to seeing you all again.

The entire staff were wonderful and professional! The General Manager helped us change ferry transport, can only do by phone, she made it happen with a smile. Best cappuccino in town,staff carried bags up and down stairs and drove us to waiting taxi. Thanks to Everyone Cheers
