Wonderful place to stay

"Well situated hotel and very comfortable bed. The room was very clean, beautifully decorated, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had a lovely view. The spa and swimming added great satisfaction in our stay at hotel. Thank you! We will definitely go back to this hotel"

Slow Check-In and Poor Room Cleanliness

"Check-in took far too long — the wait was uncomfortable, and the staff spent a lot of time discussing personal matters with other guests instead of focusing on service. Once inside the room, I was disappointed to find it not properly cleaned. There was too much dust under the bed, which made the stay feel less hygienic. The hotel definitely needs to improve both its front desk efficiency and housekeeping standards."
