Staff was nice and friendly. House maid ladies were nice and one even offered to help me open the door when my hands were full. Whole family had a great time.
Deadbolt and lock didn’t work. Top floor walk way was very slanted and felt unsafe. Staff was nice though.

The room was for up to 4 people. It had a kitchenette. Only 1 cup, no glasses, 2 forks, 2 spoons, no bath or hand soap, no extra toilet tissue. I think we could count ever bed spring. Beds were two different heights. The bath would not plug and no safety bars/ handles. Will not stay again and will not recommend.
Absolutely horrible stench, dirty carpets, towels gray and not white anymore, ice machine is broken...and all this I have to pay prime price for???
I guess owners need MOTIVATION....
The bed was dirty. There was hair on the bed under the blanket. I was grossed out and couldn’t sleep. The light in the kitchen was out, the water was not hot when showering and the stove took a while to heat up. Towels looks unclean due to being brown when the towels is supposed to be white. Plus no sponge to clean the dishes.
We love this Place.. they let you bring the big dogs and they place is perfect for a not so spendy room,but nice&clean! Also just a block or 2 from the Beach...And they have an Indoor pool that is actually heated!
I like everything. Wouldn't change a single thing. Plus the guy working behind the desk is super cute. But that's not why we love it there do much. They are all just really nice and helpful
