The room was nice, no complaints. The afternoon/evening desk clerk (sorry, can’t remember her name) was super friendly with a smile and greeting everyone we came in the door. And we love the cinnamon rolls at breakfast!

Several things in the room were broken and or not working properly; the blinds didn’t function properly, the secondary shower nozzle was broke, the toilet ran the entire time, and two of electrical outlets didn’t function properly. The staff was very nice and helpful!

*The beds are old and squeeky. *The bathroom floor was dirty (black stains) when we arrived . *Housekeeping did not show up the following day. I called the front desk at 3 pm to request for housekeeping/towels and was told someone was on the way. Nobody showed up so i went to the front desk at 7 pm and the lady told they did not provide daily housekeeping unless I had requested for that at check in.

Our room seem to have a smell to it when we first got there, turned on the AC, went to dinner and it was gone when we returned. There wasn’t an extra blanket in the room. She is cold, I am hot…go figure, and extra blanket would have been nice.

We had a really bad experience at this hotel when we first got there they gave us the wrong room and didn’t have enough beds in it and so they tried to switch us to a different room, but that didn’t work. They couldn’t figure out how to do it so we ended up just staying in the room they gave us the first night and all squishing into a king size bed. When we tried to head up to the room, the elevator wasn’t working so they had to reset the elevator andwhen we got up to the room, our keys didn’t work so we had to go back downstairs and have them come upstairs and fix our room keys and then the next day they were supposed to switch us to the presidential suite to make up for the night before problems And when they went to go switch us, they said oh that room is not available. We didn’t check availability when we told you we were gonna give it to you so we didn’t get the presidential suite so then they were gonna put us in a regular suite but the room wasn’t ready yet so we said can we leave our stuff in our current room until that room is ready and they said yes and then they called us right back and said oh no you can’t we need that room so you can leave the stuff in the office so we finally just decided to switch to another hotel because we had had enough. So we ended up switching to the La Quinta and everything went smooth from there on.
