Location is good, apartments are old, but in order. Prices are quite profitable.

Property is midway between Costa Adeje and Playa De Las Americas, do a walk involved for guests depending on what resort they favour. All the staff were friendly enough, rooms have no air conditioning, just a ceiling fan and furnishings are dated, albeit the room is clean enough. Maid doesn’t call every day, with the 2 pool areas providing just about adequate sun lounger availability. There is a pool bar at the larger pool, which provided entertainment twice late afternoon during our stay. We never ate or drank at the complex, so can’t comment on either, but loads of excellent eateries in the area, which we loved. There are many hotels and complexes in the area that have been refurbished in the area, which we have stayed in and I would say are of a more modern style and make theirs rooms more pleasing on the eye, but everything is comparable when it comes to price and availability.

Property was a bungalow right beside the pool. Location was excellent. Loads of room and storage space. Very happy with it
