Had a perfect week's stay. All the staff were so friendly, helpful, and made us feel incredibly welcome. Breakfast was fantastic - we loved the pancakes, fresh fruit, and eggs. The pools are beautiful and as the main lazy river winds around the beautifully planted grounds there's always somewhere fairly private and quiet to lay out. The bars are very fairly priced, with great drinks. Housekeeping quick and great attention to detail. Little details like the access to shower room after you've checked out are so helpful! We don't want to leave!

Check in took a while and no parking for guests (had to park on street a fair walk from hotel or pay €12 a day on site). Huge hotel and our room was miles from all the amenities. A great place for a family treat holiday. We booked a junior suite and didn’t realise that gave us access to the Unique programme - with perks like a la carte breakfast, access to VIP lounge with free drinks and snacks and Clarins toiletries amongst much more. Really cool and beautiful place. Excellent service, and clean everywhere. The food is good enough, but not more than that. The walls are extremely thin, so if your neighbours have a screaming baby, you're in trouble. We were lucky in that regard. Be warned; Full board/all inclusive is somewhat misleading as it only includes food in the buffet restaurants, and no drinks at lunch or dinner. All in all a good stay, and we would probably book again.
